Custer County Hospice provides support and care for persons, and their families, in the last phases of incurable diseases. They provide hospice home care which includes nursing visits, 24-hour on call service, volunteer visits, relief care, and arrangement for equipment and supplies. Hospice, in the hospital, provides preparation and training for home care, pain and symptom management, and respite for caregivers. Hospice also provides bereavement care following the death of the patient.
