Custer Care Center opened in 1991. Custer Care Center in Broken Bow, Nebraska, provides a variety of human services. These services include two assisted living facilities, adult day services, home care, and transportation to and from the centers as well as medical appointments in and out of town. Custer Care Center services the elderly, developmentally disabled adults, persons with Alzheimer's disease and their families. Weekly volunteer musical gurests and ininsterial speakers donate their time at each center. We are a 501(c) 3 organization.
